The Wilston Grange AFC aims to create an environment that supports and delivers sustained success in the QAFL competition & Youth football.
To achieve this goal the Club executive identified a need to focus on not only the development of players, but coaches, support personnel/volunteers and the Gorilla football community. Recently, a Development Committee was established and has been empowered by Junior and Senior club committees to design, develop, implement and manage a “Development Pathway Program” covering;

What next?
As the club prepares for the 2017 season, many of the coaches have already met and begun planning and training. Over the coming months integrated training standards and development activities will be established as we look to aid our young men and women with the best possible opportunity to perform to their potential. Stay tuned in the new year for more information from respective coaches and the Development Committee as collectively we move forward as one in 2017 for a fun and rewarding year.
